Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Walktrend.in at https://crm.walktrend.in, operated by Walktrend.in. By creating an account or buying a course you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

  • You must give accurate details and keep your password private.
  • Student accounts are personal and may be used on one device at a time. Sharing an account, or passing on class links or passes, may lead to suspension without refund.
  • Students under 18 must have a parent's or guardian's permission.

Courses and live classes

  • Teachers create courses; our team reviews them before they are published.
  • Buying a course gives you personal access to its live classes and materials for as long as the course is offered.
  • Class timings are shown in Indian Standard Time (IST). Teachers may reschedule a class; you will see the new time in the Platform.
  • Recording, copying or redistributing live classes or study material without permission is not allowed.

Payments

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. An invoice is emailed after each successful payment.
  • Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • harass, threaten or abuse teachers or students, in chat, calls or classes;
  • share content that is unlawful, obscene or infringes someone else's rights;
  • try to access accounts, chats or classes that are not yours, or disrupt the Platform.

Teachers and admins may remove messages, remove people from groups or classes, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Free library content

The study library shows free material from DIKSHA, the Government of India's national education platform. That content belongs to its respective owners.

Liability

We work to keep the Platform available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course concerned.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction.
