Grow two bean plants using standard method (bottle, coco peat /soil) for 2 weeks. Keep one of them in sunlight and the other in the dark fro 3 days. Perform the Iodine test on the leaves of both plants. Alternatively, Cover parts of a leaf of a live plant and effectively "de-starch" those parts of the leaf. Confirm with the iodine test.
