Cut a plastic bottle and use the bottom part of the bottle and the bottle cap. Insert an wooden skewer through the bottom part of the bottle. Put the bottle cap through the skewer. Now make another hole in the bottle and insert half stick such that the stick touches the bottle cap. Rotate the bottle. The stick would rub against the threads of the bottle cap and make a creaky sound.
