1. Take a small strip of paper and cut down the middle of the long edge to make two strips to a third of the length. Split the two strips to create a 45-60 degree angle between then and throw them up and enjoy them rotate as they come down. 2. On a thin, long strip of paper, make cuts at opposing ends of the strip at a distance of about 2cm, such that they interlock and look like a fish when folded.
